Installing Ad Management for SMF 1.0.8

Hi, I`m using SMF 1.0.8 and I want to install Ad Management mod, but don`t know how?
Any help?

I`ve installed it and it works normally with default theme, but when I use Classic YaBB SE theme (New Design of Classic YaBB SE Theme) it doesn`t work. 
What is the problem? Can I fix this?

You have to modify the YaBB SE theme manually in order for it to show up. Look to this board for the files and code you need to make it work:

There I found this:

The edits above are for version 2 of the mod and will only work on smf 1.1rc2.

I`m using SMF 1.0.8.

Then you have to use the other edits I posted in the theme board.
