shows ads only to registerd users?

Hi, I have a question.  Right now there are only ads being show to the users on my forums that are registered on my site.  i want the ads to be shown to every person registered or not.  is there a way i can do this?  any help is greatly appreciated

Go into your user permissions and in the top right of the permissions you will see the box to check. You can set permission for guests, members and moderators.
