Ads won't show on RC3 & Orange-lt2 theme

Hi,

I've install the ads mod on RC3 & orange-lt2 theme. No errors, installation worked just fine. But the ads just won't show up. Can anybody tell me how to fix this?

You will have to do the edits manually for that theme. I have written them out here:
