Ad Management mod creating Fatal error on my board index. Help!

Hi there so I installed and then uninstalled the AD Management Mod for SMF and then once I did,
I found a fatal error notice on my board index,which says

Fatal error: Call to undefined function template_ad_position() in

/home/content/m/a/a/maaxseduction/html/viplounge/Sources/Load.php(2151) : eval()'d code on line 273

Want to know what to look for to get rid of this.

This appears on individual posts and on the board index. No where else.

 template_ad_position is not part of ad management mod. More than likely another ads mod.

So what do I do, find the call to the function or the function itself and delete it?
I don't know how to do that?
I also went through all of the files that the mod may have or did make edits to and did a search for keywords
