Ads not appearing in different themes

I have a new and default installation of SMF and the Ad Management component.  After a little troubleshooting I was able to determine that the ads display on some templates, but not on all of them.  Here are two of the Ads that I am hoping to see.  The first is Google AdWords, that I expected (and did) see after the first post.  The bottom are the new Amazon Omakase links, which I expected to see at the bottom of the pages.  You can see the forum (with a post) at http://www.nocrybedtime.com/smf/index.php?topic=1.0  Any troubleshooting help and/or suggestions are appreciated.  I am using SMF 1.1 RC3.  The Ads work on the default theme, but I can't get them to work on the YaBB, Electron, and some other themes.  Any suggestions?!?

You need to manually install the edits on the custom themes.
Look at the theme board.
