I can see that I can turn all ads on or off using the permission Enable Ads (Allow or Deny), but is it possible to turn off specific ads, for example I have an ad in the welcome area, and right hand sidebar ad and a bottom ad.  I want to turn off the right hand sidebar to some users and display all the others.
