Need Help with Logo making

Hi guys @ smfhelper community.. Im Vincent Duterte from the Philippines..Im currently working at a private company and i was tasked to make a logo for a organization of Policewoman..
Please help me making this logo.. The logo will be for the Davao Oriental Policewoman Provicial Office...I have an Old Logo of the Organization which i have attached..Please remodify it so it will suit their organization for the Policewomen of Davao Oriental..
A friend of mine referred me to your site as it will be helpful for those who are in need of image editing and some techie stuffs..
You may add anything that will make this logo have some feminine touch to it.. Thanks you!
