Ad mod with Pretty Urls?

I recently upgraded my forum to 2.0R2 and installed 2.3.6.1 ad mod.

Seemed like everything was working fine............then I installed Pretty URLs mod.

Now the only places I can get ads to show is the top of the page under the menu and bottom of the page. Ads won't show any place else?

Is there a simple fix for this? Does the paid version of Ad Management support Pretty URLs?

Pretty urls shouldn't interfere with ad management. Ad Seller Pro has been used on sites with Pretty Urls.

I found that I had some bad HTML banner codes. 

Used some different ads and got them to show in other places. 

I still can't specify a certain board for an ad to show. They used to be numbered but aren't now that I installed Pretty URLs. Tried various verbage and none of that worked. Do I still need to use a number of some sort? How would I find that now that I've converted to Pretty?

Same question for the Pro version?
