Mesh Theme Support

Hi everyone,

I just recently installed the ad management mod.  It works fine in the SMF Default theme, however it is not working in my Mesh Theme.  I checked the box for:

Support for Ad Management Mod

Then when I go into an ad that I created, I checked two boxes:

1) Display ads on every page on the top of the page
2) Display ads on the bottom of the page

However, when the first is checked it actually displays the ad on every page under the menu (which is another option).  However I want it to be this way so I guess it works.

But, when I attempt to display the ad on the bottom of the page, nothing shows...

I would like to show an ad centered below the menu and also one centered on the bottom of the page just above the footer area for Mesh (above the gray area). 

Also, I don't know if this is possible, but is there a way to only show these ads when in the Forum and not on any other pages such as the Home page, and any other article that I have created (as I have TinyPortal v0.9.8 running over SMF 1.1.10).
