Ad Management manual install - but not in admin panel

Guys i am running smf 2.0 beta 3.1

And outline20b4 theme

I have done everything that this site asks me to do for manual install, and also everything dzinerstudio website asks me to change fo my particular theme.

The surprising part is, i have no errors now. The manual installation seems to have done fine. Also, the sql queries i installed manually with phpmyadim also was fine.

The forum language is set to english.

But i cannot see the ad management in the admin panel anywhere.

I rechecked to see if i modified admin.php file, and yes i have done everything but cannot see it in admin area.

Can one of you guys please help me fix this. It would be very helpful
