I'm completely lost

How do I add my own ads on my board. I've researched some topics here and I can't find where put the ad code in. I can't find under permissions where it says enable ads. Can anyone help me please. I have 1.1.7 installed....Thank you

I finally figured out how to upload the package for the ads mod and it says it's been installed. I couldn't find anywhere in the permissions to enable ads. Also, where do I go now to add the ads? The language is english. If anyone can help, I'd be much obliged.
