Need help with SMFOX Theme on 1.1.5

Dear all

I have spent the last three days trying to do this myself but have recieved syntax errors etc that I have not been able to resolve. I am attaching my template files. I am asking for help from some expert here who could modify these files so the mod starts working for my theme. Please help if you can!! I will be extremely grateful for the same.
