Ads aren't showing. Question about Language Files.

Hello.

My ads are not showing at all on a theme I downloaded from the SMF themes website, however it is showing on the default SMF theme.

I read in a previous topic about this matter that I should check that the theme is using English language. However when I look in the theme's folder, there is no Languages folder in there at all, just the 'images' folder then a few PHP files.

Can anyone instruct me of where to go from here?
