For pll that has the last smf instaled go to this link http://www.smfads.com/forums/index.php?topic=1522.0
and will solve your problem with Ad under Admin Bord
I tried it out and it works ok for any outher language just change the name language to your own but rememmber to install Ad must be on default theme and english.

for any other language just change the name language to your own

It is harmfull (not useless only) to ~just change the name~ of the language file.

If an administrator want to manage ads in his own language
then (besides the Ads.english.php or/and Ads.english-utf8.php files)

the special file with its translated content
should be included into the mod packet -

at least Ads.<language>.php OR Ads.<language>-utf8.php

or both ( Ads.<language>.php AND Ads.<language>-utf8.php )

(or all known language files simultaneously).
