Problems installing 1.0.2c on SMF1.0.8

Hey Guys,

I tried to install this cool mod but I got a failure message:

Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten!
2: copy(/www/htdocs/rtef/bbs/Sources/ModSettings.php~) [<a href='function.copy'>function.copy</a>]: failed to open stream: Permission denied
Datei: /www/htdocs/rtef/bbs/Sources/Subs-Package.php
Zeile: 1241

I have no idea about what went wrong, but maybe you can give me a hint? The permissions were set on 777 before, so that shouldn't be the problem...

try adding a folder inside the package folder named temp and chmod it to 777

Problems installing 1.0.2c on SMF1.0.8 I'm getting the same error. Did the temp forlder thing, didn't work. What's next? all required settings to 777 are set.
