Ad mod help for 1.1.4

I installed the SMF 1.1.4 with Go Daddy yesterday. I tried to download the Ad MAnagement that was in the administration panel but received the following messege.
I used the link "Download Packages" link under "Package servers" clicked browse
on the next page had to scroll way down the page and found Ad management download labled,  version 2.3
when I tried to install it I got this messege

The package you are trying to download or install is either corrupt or not compatible with this version of SMF.

Can someone help? I would really like to get the Ad management installed.

Does anyone have and answer to why I cannot login to admin. When i click the button it stale just like that ...please help tq sincerely

It took a while but I found an older post with the answer. I had to download the program to my computer by using the "save target as"(right clicked the download link) and load it by using the browse option in the packages section of the SMF forum.
