problems installing ad managment 2.3 into SMF 1.1.4. with blacktothefuture theme

I'm trying to install ad managment 2.3 into SMF 1.1.4. with blacktothefuture theme.

when SMF ask me for FTP details, I insert correct details but nothing happen,  no error message, and no installation.
I use Servage as hosting


Someone told me to install manually ad managment.

too hard for me,

any advice??
