Ad won't delete

I have spent the last few hours trying everything I possibly could. I added a new bottom ad this morning and it screwed up a lot of things so I went to Delete it and it will not delete at all so I tried to edit and save and that wouldn't work either. I have tried just about everything and I have no clue what I can do.

What I want to do now is delete the ad mod and start over I tried that but it still shows the old ads when reinstalling , any idea on how I can remove the old ads and just start over.

I have the smae problem did you ever get a resolution?? Uninstall and reinstall do not help?
