Installed - No trace of the addon.

I tried making a copy of the Ads.english.php and naming it Ads.english-utf8.php but it did not work for me. After playing around with it for a couple of hours, what finally worked for me was going to configuration/server settings

and changing the default language to just plain English instead of English-utf8

I have a community for a soccer team
and we speak spanish, so i TRied using every combination possible
and still I can´t see the ads panel
can somebody please give me the url

for example :
FORUMURL/index.php?action=theme

give me the path to the ads console if it works for you
