Something confused me in AD Management mod

i just have this question
when i wanted to edit index.template.php  in my theme to use Ad management mod
i got this
<search position="before"><![CDATA[                     </td>]]></search>

the problem that u can find lots of </td> in the file
where should i put the next code ?
plz help me
i m waiting to go on editing the files
