how to add banners similar to this site

I was wondering how to add banner like its added here on top...and it gives random advertisments like on www.ozzu.com
but only the smf version

That banner on that site is google adsense. You would need to apply at https://www.google.com/adsense for that or a similair ad site like Yahoo.
