Okay, I installed ad mod 2.0 and I'm running smf 1.1 rc2 with the neon template. I add my code from google and nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advace for any help!

The ad mod, like most other mods, installs to the default theme only. In order to get it to show on any other theme you must manually do the edits to the theme you want to use. The edits can be found here:

Okay. I did everything it said and it worked. BUT no the forum doesn't show any of my posts. What do I do?

These edits should not do anything to your posts at all. Are you sure you did them right. Huh?

I just tried messing with it again and if I make another post it will show the previous one but not the current post. It's crazy.


*NEW*  It will not show the newest post. Someone else has to make a post after to show the previous.

So the problem is "show ads after posts"?

If so, upload display.template.php

There might be. Upload a fresh copy of "Display.template.php" and see if that solves things like jerm says.

Now you can go back and try to add the code to the "Display.template.php" file and see if it works.
