add not showing up

I have downloaded the add package, but can not get the sponsors adds to show up. I can see the banner address at the top of the page where the add is supposed to be, but the banner doesn't' show up.

This is the add code they gave me.

What am I doing wrong?

You didn't add it properly. Contact them to make sure you have done it properly.
