Need a little help

This is the last mod I need to get working.

Okay so the install went fine and I did a test on my forum to see what happens and I got this -

That is with all the ad options selected.  I wanted to see what happens and you can see it does a number on the widths.

Anyone have any idea what to do.  I have checked and re-checked the install code and found that all the code is correct, in the right place and is not doubled in the code.

Any suggestions?
