Help installing

I have the default language set and ive tried the default template but i cant seem to install the mod.

I have uploaded the zip file through packages in forum administration

it didn''t seem like the default theme to me that one in the screen shot. Anyway, what version of smf are you running? What exact error message are you getting when trying to install the ad mod?
