ad mod error

I hav jus installed ad management 2.3 on smf 1.1.3 but it started givin errors so I removed it but still it giv errors like

Unable to load the 'Ads.english' language file.

any idea how can I resove this problem.?

Make sure ads.english.php is in the Sources directory, unless you use utf8 then you will have to rename it to ads.english-utf8.php

mod installed successfully but ads not appearing I guesss bcoz me using a custom theme & not the default theme ?

Yes that is correct. Look to the stickies in the "Theme Support" board for all the edits. If you have it installed then all you have to edit is the 4 template files in your custom theme.
