1. Would anyone be willing to provide a live and living example of the Ad Mod out on the web? Is the SMF forum itself an example?
2. The support page said that you can put either html or PHP in the ad mod. What about Amazon Affiliate ads with or without images? I assume the answer is 'yes' but just want to double check? |

It is not included in template files. The top and footer ads are called before template_above and below functions show they work on all themes.

Dear,
I am having issue on my site http://earnonnet.net I am not able to Find this top ads code index.template but its still showing up. 2nd i want to remove this code from top and put it after menutree will wait for your good response thanks |
