I'm sure he is aware of it and is trying to correct the situation. Thanks for reporting this though. He will probably try to reproduce the error before it gets fixed. I do know though he is a busy man. :)

There will be double code in there somewhere. This is why things are showing up double. Check to see if there is double code in the index.php file.

What you should do is install the mod and then do the edits for the files it failed on manually. All the edits are posted in this forum. Plus you can use the package parser to help you out. :)

In a custom theme you have to install manually for any template files that are listed in the mod that are in your custom theme need to be edited.

This looks like the ad is to big for the header. I don't think it is a bug though. try installing a smaller ad in that space. MOVED.

I don't believe this is a bug. Possible a server issue with your host or permissions are set wrong.

This is not a bug. Another mod you installed edited the code that the ad mod was looking for. This is why you get this error. The edits for that file will have to be done manually.
