Title: How do i upgrade admods 2.0 to 2.3

can I just upload package and install over 2.0 or must i uninstall 2.0.

There is an issue if i have to uninstall 2.0 becoz it is coded on my theme.

You need to uninstall previous versions. Then install the most recent.
