Title: server settings

Hi,installed ad management but want to change ENGLISH not ENGLISH-UTF8 in server settings but its all blanked out it says:These settings cannot be changed because Settings.php is read only

Any ideas

Go into cpanel or ftp in and find the settings.php file and change permissions to 777 or 755 until editing is done then change back. You could also go to packages then options in the admin panel and scroll down and change them that way.
