Is there anyone willing to accept a paid job to do modification of ad management on a custom theme?

I just need the ad to be shown after the last post.

You can upload the mod to http://www.smfhacks.com/smf-package-parser.html
To get the package edits.

I charge $15 to do a custom theme to install.
