I'm getting this error when I try to register a new user...
Fatal error: Call to undefined function show_topofpageAds() in /home/dodge/public_html/forum/Sources/Load.php(1702) : eval()'d code on line 211
I'm using:
joomla 1.0.11
SMF 1.1 RC3
Ad Management Mod 2.0
Theme Slick Pro Graphite (last version)

One thing to mention is that I use Orsito Bridge for joomla...
Can you make sure that the edits done in index.php are done properly.

Acclaration: I got this error, when a user registers on Joomla (using the Orsito bridge) that is the default registration type for this setup....

i dont really know.. never worked with the joomla integration out there. i guess you could ask them whats going on. what pages are called on that registration page. maybe they do something different.
