I want to thank you all here especially the one that reply to my distress post.
I've downloaded and installed the ad management mod as instructed and have copied and pasted adsense code. It is only displaying to admin and not globally for everyone to view.
what shall I do to make all ads display?

After I made the post yesterday, I discovered someone had same problem with me and had posted it in this forum before. So I read through all the solutions provided and I went to my admin panel and fix it and it works.
