hello sir,
today i am installed Ad Management but Ad Management features not found in under Configuration.
some body says i want to change the forum default language from enghlish-utf8 to English.
but i am not able to change because the field is hide mode.
"These settings cannot be changed because Settings.php is read only"
please help me.
give step by step resolution.

Settings.php is a required writable file for Simple Machines. If your Settings.php file is not writable, you surely will run into problems as you cannot edit most of the server settings.
Are you running a Unix server? If so you can try and use CHMOD and alter the permission intervals to 0777 or 0755 using an
FTP client.

The file is located in your SMF root directory. It's most likely in ./public_html/
You'll see directories such as ./Themes and ./Sources in the SMF root directory.
