Title: Ads being displayed only with admin account

Ive 2.3 mod and 1.1.6 forum. Ive "negative" theme installed. i did manual modifictations on 4 files in theme folder as told. All ads are being displayed but only with admin account. Please help

oh that was easy. just enable it in the group permissions

can you point me to go to group permission to allow non admin to see the Ads

what kind of permission it should be added? I can't see anything there
