Is there an ínstall guide for dummies´like me -set of instruction anywhere?

Log-in to admin. Under Main click on Packages >Download Packages >Upload a Package >Package to Upload: Upload the package, and install. Further info here: http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=255 (http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=255)
